Downtown FXBG office property sold

Shiloh Baptist Church (New Site) recently purchased an office property across the street from its main church at 525 Princess Anne Street in downtown Fredericksburg.

The church bought the property at 510 Princess Anne Street from Building 100 Enterprises LLC for $1.65 million, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which helped broker the sale.

The 0.54-acre property includes a 4,381-square-foot office building and a parking lot. The church bought it as an investment and to utilize the property for additional parking, according to the news release.
