Former hospital property now on the market
A 12-acre property near downtown Fredericksburg that formerly served as the area’s main hospital and parking for it is for sale.
The property, which is owned by Mary Washington Healthcare, is at 2300 Fall Hill Avenue just off U.S. 1 and next to James Monroe High School.
The offering includes the nearly 300,000-square-foot former hospital (which is now an office building), smaller buildings and about 12 acres of land. That makes it one of the largest and best redevelopment opportunities in the City of Fredericksburg.
