Local restaurateur opens Tappahannock eatery

Luigi Castiglia, longtime owner of downtown Fredericksburg staple Castiglia’s, has opened a restaurant in a well-known location in downtown Tappahannock.

Castiglia and his wife late last year opened 528 Prime Steak and Seafood inside the space that for many years had been home to Lowery’s. The menu features steak, seafood, brick-oven pizzas and much more.
