Peter Chang semi-finalist in 2022 James Beard Foundation Awards

Perhaps the most-prestigious awards in the culinary industry are the James Beard Foundation Awards. Peter Chang, a Sichuan-style restaurant with a Fredericksburg location at 1771 Carl D. Silver Parkway in Central Park, has recently been named a semifinalist in the annual award competition for the category of outstanding chef. 

Peter Chang, the owner for whom the restaurant is named, was a finalist for the James Beard Foundation Awards in 2016, when he was named a finalist for best chef of the Mid-Atlantic. Chang has multiple restaurants in both Virginia and Maryland, and has established himself as a renowned and revered chef.
