Pizza Hut property sold in Fredericksburg

A 8,115 square-foot Pizza Hut on .4775 acres near the University of Mary Washington sold for $1.5 million.

PyeCaroline, LLC purchased the property from Eagle Pizza, LLC as an investment, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, whose broker Virgil G. Nelson represented the seller.
