Numerous businesses have recently signed leases for space in the City of Fredericksburg, according to a report from commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer:

• 5.11 Tactical leased 5,250 square feet of retail space at Central Park Marketplace, 1771 Carl D. Silver Parkway.
• Kairos Counseling leased 4,734 square feet of office space at 308 Wolfe St.
• Davenport & Company, LLC renewed its lease of 3,631 square feet of office space at The Princess Anne Building, 904 Princess Anne St.
• CMG Mortgage Inc. leased 3,510 square feet of office space at Central Park Corporate Center, 1121-1440 Central Park Blvd.
• SKRZ LLC leased 2,788 square feet of retail space at The Rec Center, 213 William Street.
• Selfie Social leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at Eagle Village, 1245 Emancipation Highway.
• A&S Distribution leased 2,280 square feet of retail space at Eagle Village, 1245 Emancipation Highway.
• DCB MMA & Athletic Training LLC renewed its lease of 2,100 square feet of retail space at 624 Wolfe St.
• Rappahannock Big Brothers Big Sisters renewed its lease of 1,350 square feet of office space at 325 Wallace St.
