Work under way at The Lofts at Frederick Street

JON Properties and Van Zandt Restorations have begun to stabilize the coffee warehouse at The Lofts at Frederick Street in downtown Fredericksburg. This is the first stage of the mixed-use project.
  
Rooftop awning being added at Vivify

A solid awning structure will be added over the bar on the rooftop deck of the William Street eatery. Vivify's tentative roof opening date is April 2, weather permitting.
