What sold last month in Fredericksburg?

Below is a link to the monthly report showing what properties changed hands in Fredericksburg in December. It includes two downtown commercial properties and one in Central Park. We are working on a new-and-improved version of this report, so stay tuned!   

P-Nats get good turnout at event

About 600 season-ticket packages were sold for the Potomac Nationals' 2020 inaugural season in Fredericksburg during a "Founders Club" event last weekend in Market Square. The team is signing up people for the Club through Dec. 31.

Parking promotion under way downtown

Through January 31, downtown Fredericksburg shoppers and diners will be permitted to park for up to four hours in on- street parking spaces that usually have two-hour limits.
