A ground-breaking is scheduled for this morning for the planned three-tiered Go Kart Track at Funland of Fredericksburg in Central Park. The $1.2 million track will be 27-feet high and 1,872 feet long.

Through January 31, downtown Fredericksburg shoppers and diners will be permitted to park for up to four hours in on- street parking spaces that usually have two-hour limits.

Fredericksburg and Arlington County are the only two localities in Virginia with a C-PACE program.
