Former Quaker Steak & Lube property sold
 
The 8,574-square-foot building at 1300 Central Park Blvd. in Fredericksburg that most recently housed a Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant sold in late January to  SMD Investments LLC for $925,000.  Jamie Scully, Mike Degen, Thomas Raines and Connie Jordan Nielsen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer were all involved with the sale.

FRA president elected co-op chairman
