After-hours parking lease extended

The City of Fredericksburg has extended the after-hours parking lease at 904 Princess Anne Street for another three years. The lot provides valuable parking for the many restaurants, retailers and attractions along William Street and adjacent streets.


Leases signed for Fredericksburg spaces

The following leases were recently signed for commercial spaces in the City of Fredericksburg, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite. The CBCE broker who was involved in each is in parentheses. 
  • Tate Inc. leased office space at 600 Lafayette Blvd, Suite 100, from WBBS Holdings LLC. (Donny Self and Heather Hagerman)
  • GFB 7 LLC leased 3,240 square feet of retail space at 601 William Street from Liberty Place Partners LLC. (Cameron Coleman, Ben Keddie and Heather Hagerman)
  • Hurst Homes LLC leased office space at 612 Lafayette Blvd, Suite 100, from 612 Lafayette Partners LLC. (Paul Janney)
Property of the Week: 1551 Jefferson Davis Hwy. (Cowan Crossing)

New, two-story, 15,000-square-foot office building at Cowan Crossing has 5,000 square feet available on the first floor. Space can be subdivided. Prominent location at the intersection of U.S. 1 and Cowan Boulevard.
