VDOT unveils plans for northbound crossing

Work has already started on the southbound Rappahannock River crossing, a major project that will add three lanes on Interstate 95 between U.S. 17 in Stafford and State Route 3 in Fredericksburg. Updated plans were unveiled last night for a companion project on the northbound side of the interstate.
