Entire City will be a Technology Zone

One Hanover proposal approved

City Council on Tuesday approved a special exception permit that will allow Tommy Mitchell or a third-party developer to build up to 24 residential units at the planned development at the corner of Hanover and Sophia streets across from Riverfront Park. Three restaurants are planned along with parking and the residential units.

Namaslay joins Dominion Public Market

Franchise agreement renewed for Olde Towne Carriages

City Council on Tuesday renewed Olde Towne Carriages' franchise agreement for another five years. The company offers horse-and-carriage tours of downtown.

SUP approved for Cork & Table

City Council on Tuesday approved a special-use permit for Cork & Table to offer alcohol sales at its planned new location at 1409 Princess Anne St. The restaurant plans to relocate there from Caroline Street.
