Groundbreaking scheduled for stadium

A groundbreaking ceremony for the Potomac Nationals' state-of-the-art new stadium in Fredericksburg is scheduled for 2-5 p.m. Sunday, February 24th. The event is open to the public and will take place at and outside the Fredericksburg Expo Center.
