We’re Number 3(?)

Perhaps I’m bit biased, though it was little surprise while reading a recent September 10, 2024 article published by WorldAtlas listing Fredericksburg amongst the “9 Towns In Virginia Have Bustling Main Streets”. WorldAtlas, which globally covers topics including the environment, economics, politics, and travel referenced downtown Fredericksburg’s historic culture, tourism and lodging assets, fine cuisine, and beautiful weather for inclusion within their list.

That noted, huge shout-out to Fredericksburg Main Street for the past First Friday, as the September 6 event was no exception.   It was electrifying walking along the packed sidewalks downtown with the community enjoying the live music at both Riverfront Park and Market Square or strolling along between visiting our amazing art galleries, retail shops, restaurants, and pubs.
