The latest recipient of an InvestFXBG loan from the Fredericksburg Economic Development Authority (EDA) is DuoGlo Esthetics, a small woman-owned business in Westwood Village shopping center.

Hosted since 2016 by the University of Mary Washington Center for Economic Development (UMW CED) and sponsored this year by Virginia529 and Bank of Charles Town the 2024 Veterans Business Bootcamp is scheduled for Wednesday, November 13th, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, at the UMW Jepson Alumni Executive Center.

Leader and mentor Michelle Caldwell Thompson received the 2024 Patricia Lacey Metzger Award for distinguished achievement from the Women’s Leadership Colloquium at the University of Mary Washington.

On Wednesday, Oct 2, the newest FXBG Pizza experience rolled onto the saucy scene, crust first – and its going deep! YMMAS Pizza, is east side, deep dish, Chicago-style pizza.  The videos you can find on line makes my heart beat a little faster.
