Apartment building planned on Colonial Tavern property

A three-story apartment building is planned on the 1.06-acre property where Colonial Tavern is located at 406 Lafayette Blvd. in downtown Fredericksburg.

The Colonial Tavern building would remain as part of the project, which is before Fredericksburg’s Architectural Review Board on Monday.
