The program features two loan options to meet different business financing needs:
Small Business Catalyst Fund (SBCF)
Offering loans ranging from $5,000 to $25,000, the Small Business Catalyst Fund is designed to help eligible small businesses access capital for startup and business development needs. Financing may assist with eligible equipment purchases, business improvements, and other expenses necessary to establish or strengthen a business.

Business Capital Growth Fund (BCGF)
For businesses planning larger investments, the Business Capital Growth Fund offers loans ranging from $20,000 to $250,000, or up to 40% of eligible project costs, whichever is less. This fund supports qualifying projects that encourage business growth, capital investment, and long-term economic development within the City.

The program is available to eligible businesses located or planning to locate within the City of Fredericksburg (ZIP Code 22401). Applicants must meet program eligibility and underwriting requirements, and all loans are subject to approval.
