Carbonero Latin Kitchen coming to Fredericksburg

A new restaurant is in the works in a formerly vacant building across from Paul’s Bakery in Fredericksburg.

Carbonero Latin Kitchen is planned at 2005 Lafayette Blvd., a roughly 1,500-square-foot space that is being thoroughly renovated.

The restaurant is shooting to open by this summer, possibly sooner. We look forward to it!
