Central Park, downtown commercial properties sold

Commercial properties in downtown and Central Park were among the Fredericksburg real estate sales in August, according to the monthly deed transfer report.

The 3,800-square-foot former bank building that now holds the CAVA restaurant at 3205 Plank Road sold for $2.995 million to Waldorf, Md.-based 3205 Plank Road LLC. The 5,200-square-foot historic building at 919 Caroline Street that is home to an apartment and the Curitiba Art Cafe sold for $1.2 million to locally based CAC4 LLC.
