Domoishi location opening in Cowan Crossing

A fast-growing restaurant chain that serves a variety of Asian cuisines is opening this spring in Fredericksburg’s Cowan Crossing commercial center.

Domoishi plans to open in May in a 1,700-square-foot space at 1605 Jefferson Davis Highway in the multi-tenant building that also includes a Starbucks, Chipotle and Jersey Mike’s.

Domoishi’s offerings include Ramen, Poke bowls, bubble teas, Korean-style wings and more.
