Latasha Brooks is a business strategist, executive coach, and community leader dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and organizations achieve clarity, confidence, and lasting success. With over a decade of experience, she brings a practical, purpose-driven approach to leadership, mindset, and growth.

She is the founder and CEO of A&B Creative Event Center, a full-service venue in Fredericksburg, Virginia, celebrating 10 years in business in 2026. Latasha’s commitment to strengthening the local business ecosystem extends through her service as a board member of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, President of the NCMA Old Dominion Chapter, and founder of Global Business Women Trailblazers, a nonprofit focused on connecting and empowering women in business. She is also the architect of the Local First Initiative, advancing small business growth and economic development across Planning District 16.
