How to add an event
Type your event details into their respective fields and click the submit button to send us your event information for review. For best chances of approval, we ask you to include as much information about your event as possible. Once submitted, your event will be pending review. Please allow up to 3 business days for your event to be reviewed and published. If you do not see your event after 3 business days, you may contact us here. Please do not submit your event multiple times.
For a quicker reviewing process and best chances of approval, please include the following information:
- Title
- Event Description
- Image – sized to be 300px X 300px
- Start Date/Time (hour in 24-hr format)
- End Date/Time (even if it is the same day as the start date; hour in 24-hr format)
- Organizer – Name of Business/Organization that is putting on the event
- Contact Phone
- Contact Email
- Event Website – URL to full event details/ticket sales (can be website, Facebook, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Venue Name
- Location – Physical Address of the event
- Event Fee – leave blank if the event is free
