Freehling Finds 1/17/24: UMW Great Lives 2024
The University of Mary Washington’s (UMW) 21st season of the Great Lives Lecture Series returns January 16th and runs through March 28th. This twice-weekly lecture series is curated by founder William B. Crawley and is held at the Dodd Auditorium inside George Washington Hall on the UMW campus. Lectures are free and open to the public, and no reservations are needed. In this week’s edition, Bill talks with Professor Crawley about the history of Great Lives and learns about some of this year’s lecture highlights.
