In this week’s episode, Bill tours a somewhat hidden industrial property in the City of Fredericksburg with Jamie Scully, Jay Holloway and Andy Fitch. The three men own a property at 400-408 Howison Ave. that they are calling The Block (after the longtime owners, the Frackelton Block Company). The property is currently the home of A & B Kearns Landscape Supply (kearnstruckingandstone.com) and is the future home of Habalis Construction Inc. (habalis.com).
