Freehling Finds 7/31/23: Hanover House opens
Two mixed-use buildings are now available for both residential and commercial leasing at the corner of Hanover and Sophia streets in downtown Fredericksburg. The first building is Hanover House, a new four-story building across from Riverfront Park. Hanover House has about 2,600 square feet of commercial space and 24 apartments, four of which will be considered affordable to those earning 50 percent of the area median income. The building at 110 Hanover Street is an older building that has gotten a new life. This building is also mixed-use with retail space at street level and a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor.
