Fredericksburg Area Museum to offer free admission in September

entrance to Fredericksburg Area MuseumWe are excited to announce that for the entire month of September, the Fredericksburg Area Museum (FAM) will be free to the public. Open from 10am-5pm daily (FAM is closed on Wednesdays) and located at 907 Princess Anne Street, FAM will be free-of-charge to any guests who want to immerse themselves in the history of Fredericksburg. 

Some of the unique, exciting exhibits currently on display at FAM include STOMP.FXBC, which covers the history of dinosaurs in Virginia, and SEEN, which follows the stories of African American artists from the Fredericksburg region. The Fredericksburg Area Museum has a variety of exhibits that showcare the vast, rich history of this city, and free admission makes a visit to this wonderful museum even better.
