Fredericksburg EDA Launches New Small Business Disaster Grant Program

At a special meeting on Monday, December 9, 2024 the Fredericksburg Economic Development Authority (EDA) voted to create the Small Business Disaster Grant Program.  Developed by City Economic Development & Tourism staff with support by EDA board members, the Disaster Grant Program expands the EDA’s small business assistance toolbox, which also includes their longstanding InvestFXBG Loan Program and recently revised standard Grant Program(s).

The Disaster Grant Program is now open and accepting applications for applicable business located in the City of Fredericksburg (22401) whom have a qualify event as defined the IRS’s definition of  “disaster” as well as meet he SBA definition of a small business.
