- The VA Black Business Directory received a $10,000 grant for the Virginia Black Business Expo from the Virginia Tourism Corporation (VTC). Held at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center, this is a three-day event dedicated to providing business growth through shopping, networking opportunities, relationship building, live demonstrations, and business education from local industry experts. - Ulta renewed its lease of 10,000 square feet of retail space at Central Park Marketplace, 1771 Carl D. Silver Parkway, in the City of Fredericksburg, VA. Connie Jordan Nielsen, James Ashby IV, and Mark J. Banach handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
