Grading work under way on Lansdowne Road

Grading work is under way on a 4.5-acre parcel on Lansdowne Road in Fredericksburg.

The parcel is at 309 Lansdowne Road next to the Fredericksburg Agricultural Fairgrounds. It’s owned by CW Storage LLC and is zoned General Industrial (I2). The 4.5 acres being graded are part of a larger parcel that is 26.4 acres. There is also a brick warehouse on the property.

The site is being cleared and rough-graded to open it up for future development. No buildings are proposed at this time. After the site is cleared and rough-graded, it will be stabilized with permanent seeding.
