ILM Corporation Builds its Future: Warner Cohen Joins Management Development Program as Company Nears 50th Anniversary

ILM Corporation helps organizations streamline workflows and supercharge efficiency using AI-powered digital mailroom and data management outsource services.  As ILM prepares to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026, the company is looking ahead to the next chapter of growth and leadership by welcoming Warner Cohen into its Management Development Program.

Warner represents the third generation of the Cohen family to guide ILM forward, continuing a core built on accountability, flexibility, and client focus. A graduate of Woodberry Forest School and James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Warner brings a strong foundation in sales, analytics, and client management from his previous roles with Next Round Golf and CoStar Group.

Warner’s time living and studying in South Africa and Spain gave him a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and business perspectives that will strengthen ILM’s work with its international partners. Having worked with ILM on and off since 2016, Warner combines familiarity with ILM’s culture and a fresh perspective of how technology and client needs continue to evolve. Through the development program, he’ll gain hands-on experience across ILM’s operations, and client services preparing him to guide ILM and its dedicated team with purpose and clarity.
