Leasing activity in the City

The following businesses renewed or signed new leases for commercial space in the City of Fredericksburg, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which helped broker all the below deals:

• Club Champion leased 2,935 square feet of retail space at Central Park Marketplace, 1771 Carl D. Silver Pkwy.
• Honaker Consulting and Development Company, Inc. leased 2,181 square feet of office space at Central Park Corporate Center, 1121-1440 Central Park Blvd.
• Nashwan Quray leased 1,175 square feet of retail space at Lee Plaza Shopping Center, 332 – 338 Amaret St.
• El Rodeo Restaurant, Inc. renewed its lease of 3,914 square feet of restaurant space at 203 Lansdowne Road.
