Medical office property sold in Fredericksburg

A 13,786-square-foot medical office building on 1.5 acres near Fredericksburg’s Mary Washington Hospital sold recently for $2.6 million.

Excelsior Capital Group LLC bought the property from DJK Properties as an investment, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, whose broker Wilson Greenlaw represented the seller.

The multi-tenant building had two tenants at the time of sale. The balance of the property will be occupied by Oracle Heart and Vascular.
