New Dining Experience Announced by Jarrell Properties

On May 15, 2025, Jarrell Properties, Inc. announced they will be welcoming a seasoned restauranteur to 706 Caroline St., Vincenzo “Vinny” Vitale.

Most of you know another popular restaurant in the city by Vinny, Basilico New York Deli on Cowan Blvd.  If you don’t, you need to stop in with family and friends to sample their menu as a preview.

In the press release, Mr. Vitale was quoted, “(IT’S Italian Eatery) I want to bring the experience with the drive to keep innovating the level of dining experience in Fredericksburg.  Let’s Mangia!”

Jarrell Properties purchased the historic downtown property from the Economic Development Authority.  It was home to the Fredericksburg Visitor Center and the City’s Economic Development & Tourism office on the second and third floors for many years.
