New tenants for Princess Anne Street complex

Two separate tenants are going into buildings along Princess Anne Street in Fredericksburg that were formerly fitness studios.

A 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu studio is going into the 2,052-square-foot building at 1623-A Princess Anne St. (corner of Herndon Street), according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite’s Donny Self.

Malone Electrical Solutions is going into the adjacent 3,200-square-foot building at 1623-B Princess Anne St., Self said. A parking lot separates the two buildings.
