Encourage – Empower – Educate:  Fredericksburg Fitness has created a place where all three can happen with intention and positive energy.

The distinctive sound of the trolley’s bell gets the attention of local folks. We instinctively wave as Fredericksburg’s beloved Trolley rolls down the street, with riders eager to smile and wave back.  The passengers enthusiastically hear the trolley driver share the stories of Fredericksburg, during the tours, which leave from the Visitor Center.

But, there’s so much more to the Trolley’s story.

Today Foode was announced as one of the 2024 recipients of the American Express and the National Trust for Historic Preservation Backing Historic Small Restaurants grant program.

Announced in June, Agora was awarded $10,000 by American Express and Main Street America through the Backing Small Businesses grant program.

Last week, WJLA ABC 7‘s Kidd O’Shea visited Fredericksburg to film segments for upcoming Fredericksburg Fridays episodes on Good Morning Washington. His visit highlighted the charm and historical significance of our beloved city. From strolling down Caroline Street to exploring iconic landmarks on the trolley, Kidd O’Shea captured the essence of what makes Fredericksburg a must-visit destination.

Attention citizens of the Commonwealth – you can now ramp up your flavor game!  A local small business, located on Caroline Street, will now have three amazing sauces selling in all 276 Food Lion Stores in Virginia.
