Office Property Sells for $1.85 Million in Fredericksburg

A commercial property in the City of Fredericksburg has changed hands in a $1.85 million transaction, marking another significant investment in the City’s commercial real estate market.

ERA Anchor Properties recently purchased the 6,112-square-foot office building at 308 Wolfe Street from Patent Builders, LLC as an investment property.

The sale was announced by Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer on September 16. Jamie A. Scully, CCIM, represented the seller and handled negotiations for the transaction.

Commercial property transactions like this one represent continued private investment in Fredericksburg and demonstrate ongoing interest in the City’s real estate market.
