Paris Banh Mi coming to Central Park

A restaurant called Paris Banh Mi is coming to Fredericksburg’s Central Park shopping center.

The restaurant will be at 1150 Carl D Silver Parkway in a building that formerly housed Shane’s Rib Shack.

Local couple Annie and Tony Nguyen will be running the restaurant and are shooting to open by early August.
