Planet Fitness discounted membership available
Fredericksburg’s Economic Development Authority (EDA) this week is offering a one-year membership to Planet Fitness in Eagle Village for $50, less than half the usual cost.
The deal is the first of a weekly promotion the EDA designed to support Fredericksburg gyms, yoga studios and fitness centers — which have been hit hard by the pandemic. Every week through May 10, a different fitness business in the City of Fredericksburg will be featured. People will be given the chance to buy a $100 gift card/membership to each business for just $50. The EDA will subsidize the rest of the cost.
The cards are available at FXBGLoveLocal.com (click here for the offer) and at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center at 706 Caroline Street. Cards from the following businesses will be sold in the following subsequent weeks:
