Scarecrow Fest registration open for downtown businesses

Scarecrow Fest is returning to downtown Fredericksburg throughout October, and downtown businesses interested in participating can now register.

Downtown businesses decorate their storefronts, and the public votes on their favorites. There is no fee to participate in this Fredericksburg VA Main Street event.
