Scarecrows returning to downtown

The fifth-annual Scarecrow Fest initiative will return to downtown Fredericksburg October 2-31.

The program features downtown businesses creating and displaying highly creative scarecrows in their windows. Fredericksburg VA Main Street spearheads the event. Awards will be handed out for the categories of Funniest, Spookiest, Business Theme and Historic Theme. More information can be found here.
