Showroom, office planned on Cowan Boulevard

A local home-contractor plans an office and showroom at the former home of Encore Home Gallery at 3110 Cowan Blvd. in Fredericksburg.

Fletcher Home recently purchased the roughly 12,000-square-foot building at 3110 Cowan Blvd., according to an announcement from Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite (which helped broker the sale). The sales price was $3.1 million.

Owner Matt Fletcher said the company has been operating in two locations for the past three years. The Fredericksburg facility will allow him to consolidate the entire company — office, showroom and storage — into one centrally located space.
