Jessica Atkinson is the Voter Registrar for the City of Fredericksburg. She and her team work year-round to adopt best practices and encourage voter registration and participation. In mid-March, her office hosted a regional Voter Registrars Association of Virginia Conference, here in Fredericksburg. Happily, the “turnout” was at an all-time high. Our Economic Development and Tourism (ED&T) office was excited to lend a hand.

Lynne Seay, in the City’s Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, hosted the Virginia Trial Lawyer Association’s Paralegal Society at the Fredericksburg Convention Center, our ED&T Group Sales Pros – Haley and Victoria – helped her in many ways, including putting together welcome bags, and giveaways.

In April, Todd Brown will host the Virginia Parks & Recreation Directors Conference, in the City. We helped Todd make connection with venues, and supporting businesses to lift the organizational burden.
