Encourage – Empower – Educate:  Fredericksburg Fitness has created a place where all three can happen with intention and positive energy.

The distinctive sound of the trolley’s bell gets the attention of local folks. We instinctively wave as Fredericksburg’s beloved Trolley rolls down the street, with riders eager to smile and wave back.  The passengers enthusiastically hear the trolley driver share the stories of Fredericksburg, during the tours, which leave from the Visitor Center.

But, there’s so much more to the Trolley’s story.

Meeting Josh is a pleasure; his style is relaxed and approachable.  He is an outdoorsman at heart, but more of a city slicker in practice.  Josh has spent fifteen years working in urban redevelopment, community revitalization, and economic development. Now we welcome him, as the Director of Fredericksburg’s Economic Development and Tourism Team, beginning mid-August.

Attention citizens of the Commonwealth – you can now ramp up your flavor game!  A local small business, located on Caroline Street, will now have three amazing sauces selling in all 276 Food Lion Stores in Virginia.

Kelly Denke has relocated her Lady Legacy business – and has a new collaborative partner under the same roof, who is as excited about fashion as she is!  Kelly has a new business name, too, Legacy Clothing and Gifts.  804 Caroline Street is the new home of this beautifully combined retail space.
