Babe Ruth World Series coming back to FXBG area

A division of the Babe Ruth World Series will again be held in the Fredericksburg area next summer.

The Babe Ruth World Series for the 14-year-old division will be held locally August 4-12, 2023, Stafford Baseball League announced this week on Facebook. The Babe Ruth World Series for 13-to-15-year-olds was played at Stafford County’s Chichester Park and Fredericksburg’s Virginia Credit Union Stadium this past summer.

Plans are still in the works for the 2023 event. We look forward to welcoming back the Babe Ruth World Series to our area in 2023!
