The 6,310-square-foot Outback Steakhouse building at 2941 Plank Road: Mach II MCB Silver Portfolio Owner One LLC to 2941 Plank Road LLC, $3,457,943

The 3,574-square-foot Krispy Kreme donut building at 1891 Carl D. Silver Parkway: Mach II MCB Silver Portfolio Owner One LLC to Israel and Irene Bokman, $2,455,456
