Cold Stone Creamery coming to Central Park

A popular ice cream franchise is coming to Fredericksburg’s Central Park shopping center.

Cold Stone Creamery will open this summer at 1291 Carl D. Silver Parkway, a space formerly occupied by Jimmy John’s.
