• Malcolm Wallace Snellings Jr. to 1500 College Avenue LLC (an affiliate of the Silver Cos.), GPIN 7779-64-6512 (a 0.43-acre parcel with a single-family home that will be taken down for the Hillel project), $850,000
• Realty Income Corporation to DWMK LLC, GPIN 7769-84-1298 (the former Sports Authority building in Central Park), price listed on the report was the assessed value of $4,733,300
• Central Park Marketplace Holdings LLC to DRM Investments 2 LLC, GPIN 7769-75-7992 (a 13,456-square-foot multi-tenant retail building at 3120-3140 Cowan Boulevard in Central Park), $2,000,000
