FXBG Diverse City Spotlight: Cherry Riley & The Graceful Garden Collection
What began as a personal journey toward healthier living has blossomed into a purpose-driven business in downtown Fredericksburg. Founded by Cherry Riley, The Graceful Garden Collection was inspired by her desire to create calming, safe spaces starting at home. After discovering that many traditional candles contain harmful toxins, Cherry set out to create natural, non-toxic alternatives that promote wellness without the high price tag.
Encouraged by friends and family who loved the scents and asked for more, Cherry quickly gained momentum selling out at local farmers markets before opening her storefront on Caroline Street in February 2026.
Rooted in a mission of “From Harm to Healing” and “Reconnecting People with Nature,” the shop offers coconut-soy candles, natural soaps, and organic herb kits, while also educating customers on making healthier, everyday choices. The space is welcoming to all, with a focus on connection, learning, and community.
After falling in love with Fredericksburg’s charm, culture, and strong sense of place, opening a business here felt like the natural next step. In just a short time, Cherry has already felt the strong support of the community.
Whether you’re looking to unwind, explore natural products, or simply step into a space that feels good The Graceful Garden Collection invites you to reconnect with nature and yourself.
