Free-standing retail property sold

The commercial property at 2201 Lafayette Blvd. in the City of Fredericksburg was recently sold, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

WFDMB, LLC purchased the 7,525-square-foot retail property from LB Degen, LLC for $825,000 and will occupy the premises.

Thalhimer’s Mike Degen, Virgil Nelson and Adam Nelson helped broker the sale.
